Abre Camino herb is used with the intention of cleansing & clearing away the past & bringing in prosperity, joy, & abundance. Thyme can help with purification & mental clarity which is needed in our daily lives to stay focused on our goals. Oranges help to uplift the vibrations of the bath, along with the colors working with our creative center.
Postnatal Sitz Bath is made with Yarrow, Lavender, Calendula, Uva Ursi, Rose, Chamomile, & Red Raspberry Leaf. Epsom salt will be packaged separately.
Our Postnatal Sitz bath was created to help support women's healing after birth. Sitz baths are traditionally used postpartum to soothe the perineum & promote healing. Warm herbal baths are used to help increase circulation, soothe & reduce inflammation, & aid in tissue healing. This bath blend has antibacterial & antifungal properties, which will help to reduce infections. Along with herbs that will offer a naturally calming effect while nourishing your body back to itself.
Our Smaller size is a single use Bath & Our Larger size is for 2-3 uses.
How To Use: Prepare your bathtub by making sure it is clean & fill water to desired height at a temperature that is most comfortable for you. Boil about 3 cups of water, once it boils, remove from heat & add herbs to water & cover for 5-10 minutes. If you want the herbs to be in your bath then no need to strain, a mesh bag will be provided & herbs can be added to the mesh bag before steeping to reduce clean up. Mesh bag can be added into the tub along with your now potent herbal bath tea. You can also add epsom salt to enhance the healing properties. Enjoy your bath for at least 15 mins & say your affirmations that align with the energy you are embodying while you bathe.
