Our Love Thy Self Herbal Bath Blend is cultivated with all natural herbs that have been divinely selected to help uplift the vibrations of your bath & body. These herbs are the embodiment of love along with the colors Red & Pink, which will further enhance the energy of your bath. Roses & Damiana are both herbs that represent love & are helpful in reducing anxiety. Hibiscus is a naturally feminine flower that will help you to connect more to your divine feminine energy. It is also great for the skin along with Jasmine which will also help to improve your mood because it is the flower of purity.
Our Smaller size is a single use Bath & Our Larger size is for 2-3 uses.
How To Use: Prepare your bathtub by making sure it is clean & fill water to desired height at a temperature that is most comfortable for you. Boil about 3 cups of water, once it boils, remove from heat & add herbs to water & cover for 5-10 minutes. If you want the herbs to be in your bath then no need to strain, a mesh bag will be provided & herbs can be added to the mesh bag before steeping to reduce clean up. Mesh bag can be added into the tub along with your now potent herbal bath tea. You can also add epsom salt to enhance the healing properties. Enjoy your bath for at least 15 mins & say your affirmations that align with the energy you are embodying while you bathe.
